ABOUT ME

 

After the death of my mother in 2004 I was searching for tools to deal with my grief. I worked and studied with teachers and healers Trinity Thomas,  Ellie Pope, and Tiffany Carole and learned subtle energy healing techniques and how using essential oils, stones and crystals can help facilitate the body’s natural healing process. I have completed the Reiki training levels 1 and 2, and  have Certification in Energy Healing from Healing in America and Certification in Aroma Acupoint Therapy™ from Snow Lotus.  To assist in facilitating this work I am a Minister with the Universal Life Church Monastery.

 

My intention is to help others have an open heart, relaxed body, clear and calm mind and an integrated energy system to navigate life in a more balanced way.
